How can you offer such low prices?
We can offer you these amazing deals because we've cut out (most) of the retail overhead-- we deliver your furniture straight from the manufacturer.
Do you have a showroom?
No. We are able to offer you these prices by cutting out retail overhead. Our sales office is located in Scottsdale, but it is not open to the public.
We do carry brands that are sold at many other furniture stores. We currently carry Ashley furniture, Coaster fine furniture, and Poundex.
What are your hours?
Our customer service representatives are available to answer your questions Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm.
Delivery
How soon can I get my furniture delivered?
Typically, if your product is in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse, we can schedule delivery within 48 to 72 hours. Otherwise, most special orders take between 2 and 6 weeks. We will contact you to let you know when your item is expected to be available before we process your payment. If this wait time is acceptable to you, we will process your order and contact
you as soon as your item is available to schedule a delivery.
Can I pickup my order instead of getting it delivered?
No. At this time, we do not offer pickup service, since we don't have a warehouse that's open to the public.
However, keep in mind that even with the delivery fee, you save substantially over retail. For example, we sell the 552 Lawson Sectional for $552.98. Your total with drop delivery would be $651.98. This sectional retails for $1,059. (prices before taxes)
What is the difference between drop and white glove delivery?
Drop delivery: Your furniture will be delivered to your front door.
White Glove Delivery: For an additional charge, we can deliver your furniture inside your home, unpack it and set it up for you.
What is your delivery area?
We currently deliver to the Phoenix, Arizona region. Please see our delivery map to check if we deliver to your neighborhood.
Payment
What do you charge for taxes?
All orders are charged a 6.3% tax rate. You can see the total with tax when you checkout. It will also be included on your receipt and invoice.
Do you offer any payment plans or financing?
No, we don't currently offer any payment plans. We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout online. If you prefer, we can take your order over the phone, at 480.433.5974.
Your purchase total will be charged to your account at the time your order is processed(even if it is on back order).
Your delivery fee is due C.O.D. when your furniture is delivered.
