Ordering
After you make your purchase and receive a confirmation email, a CutOutStores sales representative will contact you within 5 business days to confirm your order and set up a delivery appointment. Please provide your best contact number (usually a cell phone) at checkout so we can get in touch quickly to set up the appointment and go over the delivery procedure. We want to get your beautiful new furniture to you as fast as you do!
Delivery

We currently deliver to the Phoenix metro area. We contract with an outside company. Therefore, delivery charges are payed C.O.D. at the time of delivery.

Typically, if your product is in stock, we can schedule delivery within 48 to 72 hours. Otherwise, most special orders take between 2 and 6 weeks to arrive at our warehouse. We will contact you as soon as your order arrives to schedule a delivery. Delivery times are usually between 2pm and 8pm Monday through Friday, but just let us know if you need to schedule your delivery outside these hours. Additional fees may apply.

There is a $50 fee for re-delivery if you are not there for the appointment or we are unable to access the delivery address due to lack of road access.

Delivery options
Drop Delivery: The moving service will deliver your purchase to your front door.
White Glove Delivery: For an additional charge, the delivery company can deliver your purchase inside your home, unpack it and set it up for you.
Returns & Replacements
Merchandise may be returned only with written permission of seller.
Damaged Product: Incorrect or damaged parts can be returned for an even exchange. Notice of any defect must be given to CutOutStores.com within three days of date purchase is delivered.
Special orders: Any special orders taking longer than six weeks to receive (after order is processed) may qualify for full refund if requested by customer.
Privacy & Security
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important core principle. We store and process your information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. You can access and modify the information you provide us and choose not to receive certain communications by signing-in to your account. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use our services.
